Use the Tasklist folder to keep track of items requiring an action. Items in this folder have a corresponding checkbox and can be ordered and checked off when completed. You can move any item, including mail messages, into the Tasklist folder.

You can change the order of items using the toolbar above or by using drag 'n drop:

      will move the selected item to the top of the tasklist.

      will move the selected item to the bottom of the tasklist.

      will move the selected item up or down in the tasklist.

You can create other folders that work the way the Tasklist folder does by editing the display settings (view by tasklist) of the folder properties.
