Windows Installation Instructions

Step 1: Download

GroupWise Messenger (file size - 6.0 MB)

Step 2: Install

Do one of the following:

• To start the installation immediately, click Run This Program From Its Current Location > click Yes if prompted by a security warning.
  
• To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save This Program to Disk. When the download is complete, double-click nvlmsgr.exe to start the installation.

Step 3: Start using GroupWise Messenger

When the installation is complete, double-click the Messenger icon on your desktop. Enter your name and password.

GroupWise Client Installation Instructions

Step 1: Download

GroupWise Client (file size - 80 MB)

Step 2: Install

• After downloading, run gwclient.exe. The installation will extract the files. After the file has downloaded the Installation will start. When the installation is complete check the box to launch the program. Login to GroupWise. You will be prompted to use Caching Mode. Click OK. Choose OK on the Caching Mailbox Location.

Step 3: Start using GroupWise

• Double-click the desktop icon.

iFolder Client Installation Instructions

Step 1: Download

iFolder  Client (file size - 9.0 MB)

Step 2: Install

• After downloading, run ifolder3-windows.exe. The installation will extract the files. After the file has downloaded the Installation will start. When the installation is complete check the box to launch the program.
• Go to the iFolder Configuration instructions.

Step 3: Start using iFolder

• iFolder is started automatically every time you start your computer.
