Sync
With Memphis EMail's iNet Sync appliance, off-site archive has never been
simpler. Our custom “Store and Forward” technology is built on a collection of
industry standards and architectures to give you the easiest to use and most
stable solution of any comparable archival system. All of your files are stored
on a local array that is encrypted not only across the wire for transport but on
the array as well. As part of the archival process, your data is encrypted on
the local disk and then sent via SSL to our off-site Data Center. Once there, it
is stored on an encrypted, RAID protected, array. Your data is always protected
from end to end and everywhere in between.
Security & Compliance
As a data storage solution, iNet Sync is HIPAA & SOX complaint. Federal and
State laws place heavy requirements for your data storage and stiff penalties
for not meeting those requirements. Our encryption, logging, and auditing
technologies meet or surpass all the off-site data storage compliance
requirements, including those of the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA), and, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). All data stored on the
iNet Sync© appliance is encrypted.
 |
* HIPAA requires that information be protected and only shared
with the intended party. iNet Sync© provides a private tunnel from
the iNet Sync© appliance to the off-site data safe. |
* Sarbanes-Oxley requires auditing business processes. All iNet
Sync©
transactions are logged and auditable. |
Even if the device is stolen, your data is still protected.
Easy of Use
The iNet Sync appliance handles all the work for you. Simply present your data
using the same industry standard protocols that you would for you network
clients. iNet Sync will then cache the data to the local appliance and on a
standard schedule push that data to the Memphis Email Data Center via an
Encrypted SSL connection. No clients or agents need to be installed on your
server, so there is a Zero server footprint impact.
To recover after a data loss, our simple to use
web interface allows you to restore your files individually, by directory, or as
a full restore. |
